    I went during off season in November of 2012. I had watched the Kitchen Nightmares thing but hell if Gordons main complaint was that there was too much lobster in the roll then That's a problem I want to have!! The place was quiet with a few locals at the bar. The waitress was nice but I could see how she could become really rude really fast if having an off day. I met the owner and he was cooking that day. For $20.00 I got the best lobster roll I have ever had in my life, decent onion rings and a cold beer! Now with that said, I went back the next day for lunch, ordered the same exact thing and the onion rings were greasy, and the lobster roll was not so great. I asked why it was soooo good the day before and was so bad today and she told me the owner took the day off and some kid was in the kitchen cooking. So I guess as long as the owner is cooking you are good to go!!
